Experts just advise to dream about something very pleasant. You need to imagine that your dream is realized, and at least for a few minutes keep that feeling.

Experts of the largest research institutions in Europe believe that when a person is dreaming, he plunges into a state that is like a border between sleeping and waking, and is very similar to meditation.

This improves brain function, concentration, and mental processes are activated. And as a result, mood is lifted.

Psychologists believe that the therapy can be very effective even for the treatment of depression!
