Start from a beginner, become an expert !

Have you ever noticed that there are very many people today that are not so smart, not so handsome and in fact maybe they're much worse than you, but they have reached quite a lot in their lives. Have you ever asked yourself why? The main reason of that is because they believe in themselves, they are sure that they worth it! They are sure that they can be the best, they don't pay attention to their shortcomings. Instead they find and see a great potential for this or that goal and they reach it!

My mother is a magnificent piano player. As I was a kid of 10 years old I asked her to teach me playing piano. During first several days I worked hard , but each time I saw her playing, I had a great wish to immediately start playing like her... So I left my lessons and today, when so many years have passed I regret not having patience and faith in myself at that time.. )
So here is my conclusion:

All of us think about future, make plans or just imagine whether it will be good or bad.. But don't ever forget that the most important thing is your present! Live in present, live just now!

Magical rules that you have to know

As a kid I read a story of the "Magical word".That word was "thank you" But many years ago I could not realize it's POWER !!  Only today I see that all the lucky people are thankful for what they have. Even if you can't see that yourself, deep inside in their hearts they are really thankful and they keep getting more and more good things in their lives. 

“Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough.”

And never give up, be patient, just remember that “You CAN have it all. You just can't have it all at once.”  :)

Each day try to find something to be thankful for and believe me, you'll bring more more great things into your life !!

Allow yourself to be a beginner

Once I was talking with a friend of mine about life, destiny and changes in life and he told me "there are some borders and we all are inside them, some things in our lives is already defined but inside those borders we can make decisions and changes".
I don't know whether he was wrong or right and I can't say that I agree with his opinion, but one thing is true - change is good and you should never be afraid of any change in your life. Be sure (and believe me life will show it all in time) that each change , no matter good or bad, brings a good thing in your life. You should just see and find it )

I'd also like to introduce you a quote of Lao Tzu:
Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like. 

Change your bad mood into a good one

From time to time each person has a bad mood. And sometimes it's quite difficult to change it into a good mood. Representatives of the European Science Foundation found an easy way to lift your spirits and fight against depression.

Experts just advise to dream about something very pleasant. You need to imagine that your dream is realized, and at least for a few minutes keep that feeling.

Experts of the largest research institutions in Europe believe that when a person is dreaming, he plunges into a state that is like a border between sleeping and waking, and is very similar to meditation.

This improves brain function, concentration, and mental processes are activated. And as a result, mood is lifted.

Psychologists believe that the therapy can be very effective even for the treatment of depression!

Dear friend, find a Thing for yourself !!

Title of this post probably won't tell you what kind of advice I'm gonna give you..
I think that there are some things, habbits or even hobbies that can change people and their lives. And I'm asking you to find that THING in your life. Several years ago I was in a deep depression when I suddenly decided to attend classes of pencil drawing. Just from the very first day I noticed changes in me and of course also in my life. During the hours when I was drawing I was away from all the people , from the whole world, I was somewhere else.. in my own world and I was feeling there great! )  Later this also helped me much in my carreer and works..
I also changed much when I was attending tennis. You know, sport is such a magical thing. It will turn you into a quite another person, it will make you happy, believe me. You won't pay much attention to problems and bad things in your life, you'll start taking it all easy and I thing that it is the most wonderful thing in this life :)
Just try and see yourself!

Living in past, present or future?

Great and wise Lao Tzu once said:
If you are depressed,
you are living in the past.
If you are anxious,
You are living in the future.
If you are at peace,
You are living in the present.

In one of my posts I've already mentioned that you should try to live in your present. Some people live in their past and most of people live in their future and very few do live in their present. 
If you remember some negative things from your past you easily become depressed. 
If you bother too much about your future you start thinking of many things that (in your opinion) you probably won't have in your future and so you become anxious.
And lastly, if you live in your present and evaluate whatever you have today and enjoy every single minute of your present life then you are living in peace.

Keys of harmony, success and happiness

I decided to create this blog to help people feel free, feel happy, help them live in harmony and keep depression and blue days away from them.
I just want to notice that many things in life will change if you'll manage to change your view concerning them.
And sometimes everything is really not as bad as it may seem to you. Let's have a lesson in chearing yourself up! Let's think together and talk to each other!
Everybody has blue days..There are miserable days when you feel lousy, grumpy, lonely and utterly exhausted. Days when you feel small and insignificant. When everything seems just out of reach! 
You can't rise to an occasion. Just getting started seems impossible. On blue days you can become paranoid that everyone is out to get you. You feel frustrated and anxious. Which can induce a nail-biting frenzy that can escalate into a triple-chocolate-mud-cake-eating frenzy in a blink of an eye! On blue days you feel like you're floating in an ocean of sadness. You're about to burst into tears and you don't even know why. Ultimately you feel like you're wandering through life without purpose. You're not sure how much you can hang on, and you feel like shouting "will someone please shoot me!"
It doesn't take much to bring on a blue day. You might just wake up not feeling or looking your best, find some new wrinkles, put on a little weight or get a huge pimple on your nose. You could forget your date's name or have an embarassing photograph published. You might get dumped, divorced or fired, make a fool of yourself in public or just have a plain old bad-hair day. 
Maybe work is pain in the butt. You're under major pressure to fill someone else's shoes.. You might have a splitting headache, bad breath or dry lips.. Whatever is the reason, you're convicted that someone up there doesn't like you. And here is the main question - WHAT TO DO? 
Maybe like most people you'll hide behind a flimsy belief that everything will sort itself out. Then you'll spend the rest of your life looking over your shoulder waiting for everything to go wrong all over again (all the time becoming crusty and cynical) or a pathetic sniveling victim. Until you get so deptressed that you lie down and beg the earth to swallow you up.. 
This is crazy because you're only young once and you're never old twice! 
Who knows what fantastic things are in store just around the corner? After all the world is full of  amazing discoveries, things you can't even imagine now. There are delicious, happy sniffs and scrumpcious snacks to share. Hey, you might end up fabulously rich or even become a huge superstar one day. Sounds good, doesn't it? But wait, there's more. There are handstands and games to play and yoga and karaoke and wild, crazy bohemian dancing. But best of all, there's romance. Which means long dreamy stares, whispering sweet nothings, cuddles, smooches,  and more smooches and even more smooches ))  a frisky love bite or two, and then well, anything goes. So how can you find that blissful just sliding into a hot bubble bath kind of feeling? It's easy )
First stop slinking away from all those nagging issues. It's time to face the music. 
Now, just relax. 
Take some deep breathes (in through the nose and out through the mouth). 
Or go for a walk to clear your head. 
Accept the fact that you'll have to let go some emotional baggage. 
Try seeing things from a different perspective. 
Maybe you're actually the one at fault. 
If that's the case, be big enough to say you're sorry (it's never too late to do this). 
If someone else is doing the wrong thing, stand up tall and say: "That's not right and I won't stand for it!". It's ok to be forceful. 
Be proud of who you are, but don't lose the ability to laugh at yourself. 
Live every day as if it were your last, because one day it will be. 
Dont be afraid to bite off more than you can chew. Take big risks.
Never hang back. Get out  there and go for it.
After all, isn't that what life is all about..?? I think so too :)
